Life can be inherently difficult from time to time. Counselling can be a way to help you move forward, to become unstuck and more free.
It can be a space to heal past traumas, find solutions to troubles in the present or elevate anxiety about the future. I believe we have the ability to change and become, to shift and grow. Often our past experiences shape us, however there can be other ways forward.
